The Nestle Choc-Oat-Chip Cookies recipe in that link is very similar to the one I usually use. They're totally easy-peasy to make. I didn't have enough oats, so these don't look quite right. It's best with 2 teaspoons of pure almond extract. (You can use it to replace vanilla extract, but I use both in my batter.) Nestle chocolate is good enough, but any brand of semi-sweet chocolate chips will do. Although, if you're a dark chocolate fan, I recommend that you go for your favorite brand of dark choco chips!
