Free Avatar: Moon Rider by ^FantasyStock is just so endearing and glittery it's hard not to love. The pixelling is great and the simple sparkling animation adds such a lot to this free icon. Surely on that cannot be missed.

This weekend's Critique brought to you!
Okay, it's usually hard for me to write deep descriptions and thoughts about avatars due to their constant simplicity, but not on this one - it IS simple, but also exquisite and inspiring, at the same time brings you to thinking CELESTIAL, and ELEGANT.
The hair is what I like best, the way it sparkles and flies with the "wind". The dress and moon are plain, but that just maintains the balance and symmetry.
The face being hidden was also a great touch.
It must be hard to do pixel art, I have no idea what it is. *shot*
So, um, I was wondering if I could draw the concept of this avatar on paper, knowing me, I like doing remakes.
Would that be okay? Copyrights will be respected, promise.
I'm thinking of using it, it's very cute.
