A little cake and coffee shoppe in Galway, Ireland.
I was given permission to take this series of photos. I wish I could remember the name of the bakery shoppe, but not to worry; the cake itself (as beautiful as it looks) was kind of dry. Still, it was a gorgeous display! The frosting robbons on the top of the cake are called rolled fondant. It comes like little sheats of paper that can be shaped.
