Artist's Comments

:police: This is NOT a stock photo!!!
Please do NOT use this image except in art for Project Stacee.

:star: PROJECT STACEE RESULTS!Fixing Stacee's Photo:
  • ALL styles of art are welcome. For example, you may use photo manipulation, painting, sketching, vector drawing, etc.

  • Stacee's hair and eyes were brown.
  • Stacee's eyebrows have worn off and need to be touched up.

  • Her shirt used to be solid green and gold, but you may "dress" her any way you like.

  • The cute little lines in her smile (from the sides of her nose to her lips, and the lines by her eyes and eyelids) should be restored.

  • Water spots need to be removed.

  • Any background you want to add is fine, but please remember to make your project entries respectful and tasteful for Stacee's grandmother to view.
Thank you! :rose:

UPDATE: (Sept. 7)
Special thanks to ~outlawserenade :thanks: for resizing this image. You can download to get three sizes of this photo; the largest size is 1596x2202 pixels. I hope this helps people make more artwork for the project!

Skill doesn't matter to me if you can overlook it. It's the spirit of the project that I'm interested in. I'd love for you to try if you feel like it.

This is a great idea. I'm looking into this for you. I have to wait for my friend to reply. I sent your question to her, and she will have to get a hold of the family to ask.

:iconneonescence:
I think this is a fantastic and very admirable idea - the joy her grandmother will have in seeing a beautifully restored picture or a painting of Stacee is worth every bit of effort - I hope you have lots of entries - I'll give it a go but like someone else said... I'm not sure if my skills are up to the task. We shall soon see lol.
