I try not to use my dA journal for venting, but I fell and bruised the bone in my shin a couple of weeks ago. I didn't know that a bone could get bruised. It's still swollen and painful, and it looks all sorts of yucky. There's a tiny fracture too, but the emergency room doctor seemed to think that the bruised bone is responsible for most of the pain.

Inspired by my clumsy ways (actually, I prefer "accident prone"), the features this week were chosen with a theme in mind. Have fun, and watch your step!
